Henna is a dye prepared from a plant and is turned into a powder. This powder is combined with other liquid ingredients to form a paste. This paste is used to stain the skin allowing henna tattoo artists to create beautiful temporary body art on the skin in a very noninvasive manner. Once the henna stain reaches it’s peak color, it will remain on the skin for a few days. Over one to three weeks, it will gradually fade due to washing and exfoliation of the skin. We use only natural, organic ingredients in our henna which will cause no harm or irritation to any skin type.
